Mes has been playing another new game with the Mom lately. Yous want to know what it is? Mes takes off my collar and leave it in random places so the Mom has to hunt allllll over the house for it! Then hers puts it back on mes, and mes takes it off again, MOL.
The Mom noticed that a prong was missing, so hers says mes is going to keep getting it off. So hers is letting mes run around naked right nows! Hers says hers is going to get mes a new one soon; hers doesn't like mes being naked. Hers says mes needs to wear my tags even though mes is strictly an indoor-only kitty.
Mes has been eating pretty well for the most part. Sometimes mes does not finish all of my dinner or my breaky, but as long as mes eats most of my meals, the Mom doesn't make a fuss.
In other news, the Mom has a hurt toe! Hers kicked hers friend's laptop hims left here because hers forgotted hers had put it aside so hers could use hers treadmill. It has been a month, and hers toe still hurts, so hers went to the doctor last week to get it looked at. Hers doctor said hers messed up the ligaments in the toe - whatever that means. All mes knows is that the Mom whines about hers toe hurting and hers has this funny white tape on hers toe nows.
That is all mes has to report today. Mes hopes yous all has a good week!

ReplyDeleteThe cat before Sparkle had a real knack for losing her collar - so much so that my human kept a supply of collars onhand so that when she showed up collar-less, she'd just get another one put back on! I hope your human's toes feel better soon - I bet that hurts lots.

ReplyDeleteThat's a great game, Carmine. Pierre lost his collar that way one day and it showed up when the head peep took laundry out of the washer! Well, at least it was extra-clean then.

Mum was expecting it though because I had been doing well for 2 weeks which is longer than usual. She is hoping I will start again tomorrow. That sounds like a fun game with your collar. ReplyDeleteCarmine, it's always good to eat! The kitties here don't wear collars but we understand your mom's feelings. The lady used to have her indoor-only kitties wear a collar too. Actually, she's sort of rethinking it because one can never be too safe. But then she worries that we'll get it caught on something.
