I met this sweet orange and white mancat a couple of weeks ago while visiting the shelter.  When I went into his room, he immediately hopped into my lap and began purring.  He sat there contently for quite a while.  PQ loves attention and to be pet.  

PQ is 14 years young.  He is a special needs cat - he takes medication for Hyperthyroidism and tolerates it well.  He came to the shelter when his previous owner passed away.  He was very thin and had many bad teeth requiring immediate removal.  Once they got him out of pain, PQ began to put on weight again.  

PQ gets along with his docile female roommates, but he does not like other male cats at all.  He should not go to a home with young children, but he should be fine with older kids.
