The Mom really likes these things called "Peeps" at Easter time. Hers wanted to know what mes might think of thems, so hers showed mes one.
*sniff sniff*
Hmmm....It looks like a chick, but it sure doesn't smell like one.
Mes had a tiny nibble, and it was tasty!! (Note from the Mom: I took it away from Carmine so he wouldn't eat any more of it; I never expected him to like it!).
Lita was not so sure what to think of it...
Hey! Where did yous take my delicious, strange-looking chick?
I'm always shocked with what cats like...
ReplyDeleteWe didn't get any peeps. We've been deprived.
ReplyDeleteThat is so cute :)
ReplyDeleteWe were peepless here too! Have a great Monday you two.
ReplyDeleteWe've never seen a real peep, but Mom has some little stuffed ones that are very cute decorations.
ReplyDeleteThat was a surprise! Probably not good for cats to bite peeps... people or candy.
ReplyDeletexxoo
No peeps here. But I am told one the the kitties before brandi loved marshmallows (Mommy made rice krispie bars to take to work for a bake sale, a few marshmallows fell to the floor and Sasha practically inhaled them. The one and only time she had them!).
ReplyDeleteWe'd never heard of peeps until today!
ReplyDeleteLuv Hannah and Lucy xx xx
Hi Carmine
ReplyDeleteOur Dad really likes Peeps but he likes them when they are a bit hard from sitting around awhile. We don't really care for them soft or hard but grab what you can buddy.
Peeps to all!
And too all a Peep night!
MOL
Timmy
We don't generally have Peeps around here - but if we did, I bet I would taste one if given the chance!
ReplyDeleteI am sure all that sugar is tasty to cats. We don't have things like that around here either. You all have a wonderful day.

ReplyDeleteMOL! Too bad you didn't get to eat that Peep, Carmine! We don't get any of those in our house because Mom doesn't like them. But you sure make them look good!
ReplyDeleteCarmine, you and Newton are cats cut from the same cloth. He loved peeps, too!
ReplyDeleteWe didn't get to taste any kind of Easter candy... The stores sure did have loads of them though.
