In other news, I finally found the perfect memorial necklace to wear in honor of my sweet Jewel. Tomorrow (Friday) is my birthday, so I decided to really look around to find the piece of memorial jewelry that I've been wanting for so long. I found a beautiful design on Zazzle, personalized it, and ordered it as a birthday present to myself. I'll be sure to show it to all of you when it comes in the mail. It will be so nice to have a visible, tangible reminder of Jewel with me all the time wherever I go.

What a lovely photo of Jewel and a beautiful memory. I'm so glad you were able to find a piece of jewelry that suits you and Jewel. I had several things made for myself after I lost Abby and then Gracie. I am so glad that initial jewelry is popular again as I have also bought quite a few "A's" in both bracelets and necklaces that I wear. I always think of her when I do.
