Not-So-Wordless Wednesday

Yesterday, after Lita's vet appointment, I spent some quality time with the Cat Care kitties, socializing them.  It was a lot of fun, as always. :)

All of the kitties have a special place in my heart, of course, but one of the cats I really connect with at the shelter is Phantom.  He has been at the shelter for several months, and he is such a lovebug!


Some of the rooms have little enclosed catios attached to them.  It was so nice out yesterday that we (D and I) decided to open the door to Phantom's catio and let the kitties enjoy some sun.  Phantom was quite pleased and hopped into my lap.

Phantom is a wonderful cat, and honestly, I'm surprised he is still at the shelter.  He loves affection, and he loves to play.  He is such a sweet mancat.  You can learn more about Phantom here.

I really enjoyed my quality time with him yesterday!

    Someone is really missing out on a good cat. We hope that special someone comes along real soon and adopts him. M said your description of him sounds just like me, and it took me 4 months to get out of the Humane Society's shelter cuz no one wanted a lovable black and white kitty. We sure do get a bum rap.
