PetSafe to Donate Up to 12,000 Toys to Shelter Pets

Between now and December 31, 2014, PetSafe will donate a toy to a pet in an animal shelter for each "Like" or "Follow" the brand receives on its social media sites up to 12,000 toys.  Through the "Joy of Toys" campaign, PetSafe aims to provide up to 12,000 FroliCat and Busy Buddy brand cat and dogs toys to pets in 12 shelters across the United States.  

Jim Tedford, PetSafe Director of Animal Welfare Initiatives asserts, " PetSafe is proud to support these 12 organizations that are working hard to make their communities better for animals and people alike."

The 12 shelters that will receive toy donations are:

• Larimer Humane Society (Fort Collins, CO).
• Austin Humane Society (Austin, TX).
• Charleston Animal Society (N. Charleston, SC).
• Halifax Humane Society (Daytona Beach, FL).
• Capital Area Humane Society (Hilliard, OH).
• Asheville Humane Society (Asheville, NC).
• Louisiana SPCA (New Orleans, LA).
• Kentucky Humane Society (Louisville, KY).
• Foothills Animal Rescue (Scottsdale, AZ).
• Oregon Humane Society (Portland, OR).
• South Suburban Humane Society (Chicago Heights, IL).
• Atlanta Humane Society (Atlanta, GA).
