Mancat Monday
Carmine: Mommy doesn't leave the closets open very often, but today she left it open for a minute, and I decided to make a little bed in the towels!! I love being in closets!
Jewel Update
The past few days have been a little rough around here. Jewel eats her breakfasts, snacks, and dinners sometimes, and sometimes she eats very little of them. She's been hiding a lot the past few days, which isn't her normal behavior around here. She also vomited twice last week (I know, gross, I'm sorry).
I'm going to call the vet on Tuesday before we leave for Carmine's appointment (please don't tell him where we're going) to see if she wants to see Jewel as well.
Her behavior worries me.
I know so many of you have been purring and praying for Jewel for a long time already. I really appreciate your purrs, prayers, and support. Do you think you could purr and pray for her extra hard for a little while?
Thank you, everyone. Hugs, purrs, and love to you all.

We will purr extra hard for Jewel and hope you can take her to the v-e-t with Carmine. Does she eat too fast so her tummy can't cope?

Carmine, that looks like a comfy spot!
ReplyDeleteWe continue to purr for Jewel.
You got it! Is the vomiting something that is new for her? I ask because Tiff was always vomiting and we found that she stopped when I put her on grain-less dry food.
ReplyDeletePurrs and prayers from your friends, both fluffy and not, at Kitty Tales.
I will purr even harder for Jewel! I hope that does not alert Carmine to his v-e-t trip!
ReplyDeleteWe're purring for Jewel! We hope the vet is able to see her when you bring Carmine in.
ReplyDeleteConsider it done.
ReplyDeletePURRS and PURRS!
Quinn
At least she is eating some, it is better than nothing :( Keep eating your noms Miss Jewel!
ReplyDeleteWe'll purr louder than ever for Jewel. We hope that the vet can see her this week and help her feel better.
ReplyDeleteI will be praying for Jewel. I hope it is nothing serious.
ReplyDeleteCarmine must have really appreciated the opening for such a truly Kitty action - happy as a kitty in Tuna towne as they say.
Blessings to you all for a peace-filled week

ReplyDeleteCarmine, i love the feel of softee towels.
ReplyDeleteSending more purrs and purrayers for jewel. Please get well soon. Lotsa hugs says momma.
Clean linens are the best! Healing purrz going out to Jewel. Please see that they're delivered.
ReplyDeleteOr course, we'll purr for her! We hope everything is ok. Different behavior always gives us the willies too, cause kitties are such creatures of habit. That closet looks like a great place to snooze. We might have to join you!
ReplyDeletewe are purring and praying with all of our might! Cody also sleeps in the linen closet whenever I leave it open...it might just be comfy for her?

Of course we will purr and pray with extra fervor for sweet Jewel to be okay. And for you, too, as you go through all of this.
ReplyDelete(formerly commenting as Janet Blue) We're reading backwards and are worried that you haven't mentioned anything about Jewel in your next two posts. We are putting her in our prayers immediately and hope to get some good news.
