Carmine's Having Surgery

I wanted to let everyone know that Carmine is having oral surgery tomorrow.  The vet said she will need to do at least one and up to four extractions on him.

If everybody could purr and pray for Carmine, we would appreciate it.  I'm sure he'll do just fine, but I'm an overprotective mama and I worry about my babies.



We will be visiting everyone very soon. We have some other updates to share later, too.  We have missed everyone and hope you are well!

    The boys are sending their purrs! (Nicki and Derry @ Fuzzy Tales)

    Nicki had 8 extractions in November 2009 (3 years old) and Derry had 9 extractions in June 2010 (also at 3 years of age).

    Both did fine after they healed, and even though Derry has only one upper back chewing tooth, he still manages to "nom" his 2 TBSP dry food a day.

    Wendell had all four of his "fangs" removed when he was 6. He did great, and had a nice anesthesia buzz for several hours afterward. He's better off without the teeth.
